You will love this incredible location in the heart of activity- only a 1/2 mile walk to dining or live music on the square in downtown Georgetown, a 1/4 mile walk to the endless San Gabriel trail with hiking, swimming, frisbee golf, playgrounds, fishing, volleyball, pickleball and a huge dog park right from your doorstep that takes you all the way to Lake Georgetown! You can enjoy one of the only lighted trails in the Austin area which is really nice when the nights get short in the winter. Fun fact about Georgetown, is the open container policy on the square similar to New Orleans.
Enjoy your all inclusive relaxing staycation with a fantastic year around patio that is even great during a storm. We cover everything- bills, internet, lawn care, pest control, and tv with Chromecast so you can stream straight from your phone. If biking is your thing, let us know and well do our best to provide 1-2 cruiser bikes for you.
This home has the sought after mother-in-law layout with the living space in the middle and the bedrooms on opposite sides. The master features a king Sleep Number bed and the guest room a queen Sealy Posterpedic for a great night sleep. This home sleeps 4 comfortably and the kitchen is stocked for up to 6 guests. Our homes are well equipped with pretty much anything you might need, but feel free to reach out about an item to double check.

Roots has open mic night every Wednesday starting at 7pm and one of our neighbors typically performs.
You will find performances on the courthouse lawn most weekend nights.
