Charleston Cottage- 183 Line Street - This two bedroom, two bathroom home is the perfect home away from home for your stay here in Downtown Charleston! With a private patio and fenced in backyard, this home is within walking distance to Hampton Park, trending restaurants and local hot spots.
Enter through the front door into the open living room and kitchen space filled with natural light. In the living room you will find a comfortable couch and two chairs for lounging or watching the Smart TV, The modern kitchen features a beautiful kitchen island with seating for two, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space!
Conveniently located just off the kitchen is the dining room/ home office. The spacious dining table seats six and is the perfect place to enjoy a meal at home with friends or family. This space also doubles as a home office with a desk and comfortable chair. The dining table is also a great place to spread out and work!
The master bedroom is located at the front of the home and features a luxurious King size bed, outfitted with hotel-quality linens. There is also a Smart TV in this bedroom. The spacious en suite bathroom features a large vanity, and a tile tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is just down the hall and features a queen size bed and Smart TV. There is an additional full bathroom just across the hall where you will find a vanity and walk-in shower with a glass door. The full size washer/dryer is located just outside of this bathroom.
Exit through the back door onto your private patio. The comfortable couch is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather! The patio is fully fenced in! Parking for one car is located in the driveway. There is also free street parking available on Line Street.
In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $300 upon signing the lease agreement.
* Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable). *
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in Charleston’s historic Westside neighborhood; home of the Charleston RiverDogs minor league baseball team and minutes from Hampton Park, MUSC and a lively restaurant scene.
Stroll the loop in Hampton Park, Charleston's largest park, or just relax and enjoy the most extensive floral display in the city. Visit nearby, Brittlebank Park, along the Ashley River, with walking trails, a fishing pier, and picnic areas.
Live like a local in this conveniently located home. Grab breakfast or lunch at Little Line Provisions a few feet away. Walk or lift to Charleston’s trending eateries and local favorites; including Melfi’s, Berkeley’s, Little Jack’s Tavern, Daps Breakfast and Imbibe, Chasing Sage, Leon’s Oyster Shop and Maison.
Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.
This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.
Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to
visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays
Monthly passes can be purchased for a discounted rate

first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay.

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting
the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in
writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.
*Please also note that Duvet Homes is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers
this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit
at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*
