It’s almost like the home-swaps in the actual movie The Holiday combined kitchens but found themselves in this cute azz, second floor, South City dwelling instead of bougie LA, or isolated Surrey, England(?). The cozy living spaces, bookended by balconies bring it all together for your whole expat-in-STL experience.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
