Experience maintenance-free living with our on-call emergency maintenance services. Utilities included are water and garbage. Residents are obligated to pay for electricity through West Penn Power. Sewage is paid as a flat fee monthly.
All applicants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Provide government-issued ID.
- Income qualifications must be proven as a minimum of 3.5 times the rent
- A full month of paystubs must be provided. If starting new employment an official letter must be supplied.
- Applicants are required to complete a credit and background check, the cost of which is $35.00.
- A $200.00 hold fee must be paid in the form of available funds to remove an apartment from the market. The hold fee will be refunded if your application is denied or applied to your
deposit if approved.
- Rental verifications of previous addresses will be completed for all applicants.
- Applications must be submitted with the above information to be considered; it will take a minimum of 24-48 hours to process the application. Apartments are on a first-come-first-serve basis. We cannot consider your application complete until all the above-required documentation is submitted and all application fees have been paid.
