Oh contraire, little buddy's got everything he needs to impress and finesse with the best of them. Shotgun-style layout with TWO balconies, one, Juliette-style, the other, back-deck-style. And in between? Pops of blue, a DrEsSiNg RoOm, a living room and bedroom area, before getting to your suped up kitchen complete with exposed brick, gas range, and dishwasher!

First-come-first-served parking pad out back! Includes w/s/t/recycling/lawn.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
