1135 Pennsylvania consists of the original house on the property that was split into four units, and an addition onto the north/west with another 12 units. Great location, just a block to the CU campus and minutes to Pearl Street. Restaurants/cafes/shops just around the corner.
Apartment #9 is a top level unit in the addition, on the west side. Each unit has its own entrance off the shared deck. There's a dishwasher in the kitchen, and fireplace in the living room of each apartment. All apartments have access to a communal laundry room on site, and share the yard space in front of the property. Each apartment has one assigned parking space in back off the alley.
Our apartments are rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings or A/C units in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen.
APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:
Living room = 11'5" x 10'4"
Bedroom = 12'6" x 8'11"
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. No dogs allowed, unless it's a service/support animal.
