We're searching for a housemate for the upstairs bedroom of our group house.

The first floor consists of a separate living and dining room, a spacious, eat-in kitchen with large pantry and a sun porch / laundry with high-efficiency washer/dryer and bicycle area. Nine-foot ceilings and ten windows let in loads of sunshine. The second floor has seven windows and three bedrooms that share a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The large fenced-in backyard has a deck and lots of outdoor space for entertaining. Available Room: The available room is the front bedroom located on the second floor and includes two windows letting in lots of natural light, one closet and a built-in bookcase. The room is large enough for a queen size bed, nightstand, desk and dresser.
