We are looking for someone who will love the home and this great neighborhood that backs to Fountain Place.
The monthly rent is 1275.00 per month. It has been our policy not to increase the rent at the conclusion of the 12 month lease. In addition, you are then placed on a month to month basis. We do this so you expenses are fixed. Our security deposit is 1275.00 and can be paid as part of the contract or 650.00 at lease signing and the additional $600.00 with the second month rent. There is no payment to us to apply however you will pay the credit and rental history check directly to the credit bureau service.
