In addition to your home, our facilities feature a multitude of amenities. For those that like to cook, we have a complimentary barbecue area. For the fitness inclined, our grounds include a fitness center and a small area of paths around the facility. Let’s not forget our furry friends, which have pet stations located on the paths around the facility.
Pets Ok. 2 cats or 1 small/medium dog (On basis of meet and greet, large dog possible, please inquire). Additional pet deposit required ($100 per pet). Plus $25/mo pet rent per pet.
Unit is $1,325 a month.
Our leases are 11 months.
Deposit is $1,000.
The Astoria is located at 1913 NE 73rd Avenue, in Portland, Oregon. We are located between the Historic Hollywood Shopping District and the Jade International District. The apartment homes are directly across from Rose City Public Golf Course, close to the 84 Freeway, Trimet 77 Bus Line, and the Max Light Rail station.
Screening process:
Applications will be considered on an individual basis and within accordance with City, State, and Federal regulations. During the screening process we will consider the following factors:
• Previous rental history
• Personal income and resources
• Public and criminal records of the applicant
• Credit Reports
• Credit References
• Character References
• Additional information provided for context
We are happy to work with applicants in need of ADA accommodations and can arrange for mobility accessible units. Differently abled applicants are prioritized first in mobility accessible units when there is an applicant waitlist.
