Newport 2 Bedroom - Heat Included! - This 2 bed, 1 bath is located on the third floor of the building. Accessible by stairs or elevator, you walk into the unit and find yourself in the living room. There are large windows throughout which offer great natural light. The kitchen has nice light fixtures, and there is a dishwasher! The bathroom is large, and has a nice tub and vanity. This unit has so much to offer! There is a ton of yard space, parking, and there is a community garden. There are locked mailboxes right outside the front doors. The front doors are secured by a state-of-the-art entry system with a phone-based intercom. Guests need to be allowed entry by a tenant buzzing them in through the electronic front door lock. There is also coin op laundry in the building!
Resident is responsible for electricity and cable/WIFI.
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
Application Process:
We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it’s up to you!)
