Small pets possible with the owner’s approval. Pet fee is $300 nonrefundable per pet as well as a pet application processing fee.

Application fee is $75 per adult. Security deposit and 1st month’s rent must be made in cashier’s check or money order. Two (2) Separate checks are required. One for security deposit and one for 1st month’s rent. These cannot be accepted in one check. We always require a full month of rent to be paid prior to move-in. Application can be found above in the “apply now” field. We also recommend that you turn in a money order for the security deposit so if your application is approved you will be the first in line. Applicant should review the lease and Resident Selection Criteria PRIOR to making application. Should there be any concerns, they should be addressed PRIOR to signing application and paying fee.

We also recommend that you turn in a money order for reservation deposit so if your application is approved you will be the first in line. The deposit should be made payable to Bay Area Real Estate & Rentals, Inc. and mailed to PO Box 3525, Apollo Beach, FL 33572. Deposits are not accepted at our physical office. We recommend mailing the deposit certified with tracking. Please also send us a photo of the deposit and tracking information.

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. There is no fee if you do not have a pet and a minimal fee if you do. Your lease will not be renewed without this application completed.

Multiple applications; it is possible that Bay Area Real Estate & Rentals, Inc. may receive multiple applications from unrelated individual applicants on the same property. If such is the case, we will process all applications for consideration as to what we and/or the owner (at our sole discretion) deem the best applications, which may not necessarily be the first application received. In such cases, more than one applicant may be approvable, however only one will eventually be approved. Because we represent the best interest of the rental property, we will accept the best application, which may not necessarily be the first application received.

The television mounts including hardware are installed for the tenants use. The Tenant is not to remove and or alter the brackets.

The home gym attached to the wall in the garage is available for the tenants use. The tenant is not to remove and or alter the gym setup.

Prior to the tenant moving in, the paint will be touched up, will be professionally cleaned as well as we will be addressing a few other miscellaneous maintenance items. Please reach out to the office for questions.
