As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay and put the following utilities into their name: electricity, gas, phone, internet and cable TV. The resident is also responsible for replacing water filters and filling softener salt. Lawn care and snow removal from the driveway and walkways are included.
Wasatch Springs is a fast-growing community that offers convenient access to a 15-acre community park, trail system, and access to Deer Vally and Park City Resorts as well as Jordanelle Reservoir. Located in Wasatch County, the community is convenient to Park City with only a 15-minute drive into Old Town. Park City is home to year-round outdoor activities, shopping, dining, and nightlife and is a 40-minute drive to the Salt Lake International Airport.
APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are nonrefundable. Applicants are judged on the same standards on a first-come/first-serve basis, one person or group at a time.
