Tenant would take care of Electricity and Mowing. Rent includes heat, water/sewer, plowing, and trash/recycling. Pets are generally not preferred for this property. However, we do welcome service animals. $1,275/month, rent is non-negotiable.
First and 1-Month Security due at signing, no exceptions. Good prior rental history, credit history, no evictions and sufficient income are required.

Once the reports are delivered to us, we'll review your full application for consideration. If approved, we deliver a lease agreement electronically for you to sign. First and Security will be due upon signing the agreement.
