After we verify applications and documents are completed, a credit check fee of $25 per application must be paid.
Owner will be responsible for Gardening service. Renter is responsible for water, gas, electricity, trash and internet and maintaining the yards and well kept of the home. Report any damages and or breakages in a reasonable timely manner. There is no smoking in the house, renter will be charge for removal of any smoke odor. No illegal activities. No subleasing. Application fee and credit report fee are not refundable.
