If you decide to move forward after returning a completed application and viewing this property, we will conduct a $55 per person background screening of all prospective tenants and cosigners, 18 and older, prior to approval.
Applications are processed in the order received and we will rent to the first approved applicant who submits a deposit to hold the property. The listing will close at this time.
Move in costs: first month’s rent- last month’s rent- $500 security deposit- $250 pet deposit, if applicable.
