1 bedroom for rent! - Remodeled Condo in Hunters Ridge, - We have a newly remodeled condo for rent. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely redone and updated this past summer. Only 1 of the 4 bedrooms is left so act fast! This is an all-female unit and current tenants would prefer chill and relaxed female roommates. Please contact our office before applying, current tenants would like to roommate match before anyone applies!
Separate leases are available for $512/room with one month's security deposit. Water and electricity are included in the rent with caps. Also, WiFi is included.
Hunters Ridge is located on JMU's bus line and is close enough to walk or bike. Located right by JMU off Port Republic Road, near the new Starbucks. We are pet-friendly however, we cannot take aggressive breeds or dogs under 1 year of age. Our list of aggressive breeds is available on the first page of our online application. We charge a refundable one-time pet deposit of $500. Please contact us if you have more than 1 pet before applying.
The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt-to-income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
