7. $50 money order or cashier’s check payable to Berro Management for the Application Fee per Adult
8. Co-signers are only accepted for Full-time students (Co-signers must make four (4) times the monthly rent)
The first application that is approved and a deposit is put on it, is the one that gets the unit
