3.Find Rental Property you are interested in applying for it should say Susan Palmer Property. Click on APPLY NOW. Mandatory anyone living in the property over 18 years old must apply and are held to all rules and regs of original lease

4.Complete application fill out all spaces if not applicable, put n/a or none, and upload all required documents.

5. If a co-signer is needed they must also fill out an application and stay on the lease the entire time as the lease holder.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION To Be uploaded:

1. Copy of Valid Driver's License, Military ID or State ID. If applying with ITIN, copy of ITIN statement or card.

2. Copy of 30 days - most recent pay stubs. Income qualification is 3x monthly rent gross income.

3. Proof of Other Income (SSI, Child Support, Etc.) if applicable.

4. If you are Self Employed, provide copies of the last 2 most recent tax returns.

5. Any past evictions, negative rental history, or past due utilities, paycheck advance co. & credit history can be grounds for denial.
