There is a Farmer’s Market every Saturday at College of San Mateo from 9am to 1pm, and Crystal Springs Shopping Center, Cal-Train Station and Hillsdale Mall are located within minutes of our complex.
Rent includes water, sewer, garbage and parking. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. There is a $40 non-refundable application fee per adult. Sorry, no co-signers or guarantors. Cats (1) are welcome! Please note that we are a non-smoking property . We invite you to contact the Park View Terrace management office at [Use CALL button] between 9am-5pm/Monday-Friday, and 9am-3pm/Saturdays, to tour the units and property. After hours appointments are also available.
