In the winter, we usually cross-country skiing at McDonald Pass or head up to Great Divide(a 40-minute drive). Located on the west side of town, directly across Spring Meadow Lake, Helenas central biking trail, Tenmile Trail, and 3 doors down from Green Meadow Country Club.
If you are visiting Helena for work, we are 5 minutes to the VA Hospital,10 minutes to the Capital, 15 minutes from St. Peters Hospital, and 8 minutes to any of the numerous wineries, breweries, and restaurants downtown Helena has to offer.
Another great feature we love about our cottage is the two distinct living spaces we offer. Cozy den area off the kitchen leading to the back yard and another huge living room with office area on the other side of the house with stunning views.
Primary bedroom features a king bed and walks out to the back patio area. The second bedroom features a queen bed and is located just off the cozy den area.
Lots of parking with our expansive driveway.
Tenant is responsible for snow removal.
