Amenities included: central heat, A/C, fireplace, hardwood floors, storage, washer dryer, large basement, and fully fenced in yard. On a main busline to downtown. All utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, internet and water. No smoking or vaping on the premises.

Non-refundable $500 security deposit is required to hold. Additional non-refundable pet fee of $250 (+$50 per additional pet). Applications accepted from non-US citizens.
We started this furnished mid/long term rental when we realized there was a need for one in the area: In the middle of a renovation project? Here for medical treatment at UofM? Visiting family? Visiting scholar or exchange student? Relocating a need somewhere while you look to buy? International and having a hard time navigating rental requirements?
Most Airbnbs are booked up with only sporadic openings not long chunks of time. Longer rentals arent furnished. We wanted to offer a pet and child friendly home option.
