We're calling this one Switzerland, because it's pretty neutral if ya look around... we're talkin, two brown walls, hardwood floors, greenish(?) cabinetry in the fully suited kitchen (w/ dishwasher, microwave, gas range, etc.) complementing the stone tile floor in there, I mean! Trying not to get too amped up about this one- you get it, just trying to stay neutral. But it's tough! Especially because this place also has a front balcony! A back bonus space/walk-in-closet! A fenced backyard! Laundry in the basement!! OH! AAAND, you have the option to add 1 car garage parking for $75/mo. GET REAL, SWITZERLAND!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
