A little bit about me, my daughter & her Dad recently moved out so I am looking for a roommate to share costs. Ideally a female roommate. I have the room so I thought why not offer the space? I live in a mobile home but it's mine. I have two cats. They will invade your space just like they do mine! I work at home and outside the home. You would have two rooms with a 1/2 bath that's accessible from both rooms. The main shared bath is also the laundry room. Shared kitchen and living room (although I spend most of the time in my room.) The larger of the two bedrooms is partially furnished as there's a bed (incl. sheets, comforter) & a table that can be used as a desk. The house is located 5 minutes from UCCS and 10 minutes from downtown. You would have to submit and have your application approved for the mobile home park I live in. They are aware I am looking for a roommate. Rent includes electric, propane, internet, pest control, water, trash, sewer.
