I am a Naval Officer that has recently relocated to Norfolk. I’m offering 3 bedrooms at $950 each bedroom. This price includes all utilities and comes with some great amenities. Here’s what you get:
-Unfurnished large bedroom
-Utilities Included (water/gas/electric/trash, etc.---don’t worry about any bills)
-Free wifi
-Furnished shared living spaces with free use of all appliances/electronics:
Kitchen with updated Stainless Steel Appliances, granite countertops
Living room w/ plenty of seating and 65 inch TV
Sunroom living room w/ comfortable furnishings
Washer and Dryer
Dining table and granite breakfast bar
2 full bathrooms (share bathroom with one other roommate)
Large utility shed, electrically connected with room for storage
Large deck in the backyard w/ comfortable outdoor seating
I am currently on a sea tour so will likely be very busy. In addition, I am often gone on weekends to visit family in Maryland and my children in Florida.
