We love our neighbors & only moved to be close to my job & my daughters school in mid City. Would love a family to rent, or a group of individuals - we are totally open to responsible Tulane, Loyola, Xavier students living together as roommates as well.
Open floor plan downstairs with living room, kitchen, dining room & a bonus room & full bathroom - that could be used as an office or bedroom. Upstairs offers a dedicated laundry room, 2 more full bathrooms & 3 bedrooms. There is one off-street parking spot and a small but nice backyard with a raised wooden planting box that we used for veggies.
Can be rented furnished or unfurnished - happy to leave what is there, or take it out - rent is firm at $2880 either way. Pet friendly with a $150 deposit/pet - cats & dogs welcome but with renters insurance & unfortunately none of the commonly excluded from insurance breeds like pit bulls, Rottweilers, German shepherds etc- will be okay due to liability:(. Although I personally love big dogs.
