Pricing
Rent is $1150. You will have a metered account for electricity and will pay directly to Seattle City Light. Water/Sewer/Garbage and Gas will be metered and charged based on usage then added to your tenant portal to be paid with your rent. Renter's Insurance is required and a copy of your premium must be provided to management within 3 days of move-in. Deposit is $800 total Sorry, no dogs. Cats welcome with additional $200 refundable deposit.
