All Brandywine Homes USA residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) which includes HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties) to aid lease compliance and reduce resident utility and repair expenses and inconvenience, utility concierge service making utility connection a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, positive credit reporting, and much more! Our ideal tenant earns 3 times the monthly rent; has no history of evictions within 5 years, a good credit history and has not been convicted of certain felonies.
Our application fee is $50 and is non-refundable. Anyone 18 years or older living in the home full-time must submit a separate application. Pets are welcome with a $300 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet (restrictions and pet rent apply).
