It is located at 4204 Browns Lane, in Louisville Kentucky, on the second floor of the building in a very quiet neighborhood- and, within a very quiet community that borders the St. Matthews and Jeffersontown neighborhoods ((within walking distance of St. Regis Park (and other attractive areas of recreation), shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores)).

The listing (base) rental price is $1450.00 per month (Negotiable).

No pets are allowed unless your pet is a service animal- or, an emotional support animal that is verified and registered with a legitimate healthcare professional and in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable Kentucky state law(s).

Availability is immediate. The application fee is $100.00 per adult (unless otherwise agreed upon). The application can be completed on here (or other website) for free or a nominal fee. Supplemental documentation may be required upon request and submission of your application, including, but not limited to, a valid copy of a government-issued identification card, proof of income (e.g. signed and verified employer statement of income, 1099s, valid paycheck stubs, or tax returns), and rental references. A one-year lease is required.
