Water/Sewer/Garbage Flat Monthly Fee: $70.
Renter's Insurance is required at move-in and for the duration of your tenancy.

Pet Screening Fee: $20 per pet
Additional Deposits for Pets - $350 - 1st pet, $150 - 2nd pet
