This condo has an open living area that includes a kitchen, dining, and living room, and has a washer/dryer and balcony/patio.
APPLICATIONS PENDING. You are welcome to apply however application fees are nonrefundable if you do not get this property.
$440/bedroom - water and electricity are included with caps.
Hunters Ridge is located on JMU's bus line and is close enough to walk or bike. Located right by JMU off Port Republic Road, near the new Starbucks. We are pet-friendly however, we cannot take aggressive breeds or dogs under 1 year of age. Our list of aggressive breeds is available on the first page of our online application. We charge a refundable one-time pet deposit of $500. Please contact us if you have more than 1 pet before applying.

The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt-to-income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
