At 1000 square feet, this fully modernized and comfortable getaway offers one bedroom, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, a laundry room, and a living room, all fully furnished, fully stocked, finely appointed, and ready for your visit. This unit is fondly titled "The Bluebird Suite." Off-street parking is available in the driveway leading up to the front of the house.
A dedicated case of exterior stairs leads to the entrance of this rental. These stairs begin at the house's front yard and are fully enclosed and protected from the elements. The entrance to the unit is right at the top of the stairs. Upon initial entry into this unit, you step into a beautifully decorated living room complete with two plush sofas, four easy chairs, a coffee table, a coat closet, a storage closet, and a wall-mounted 36-inch flatscreen TV with remote, all ready for guests to sink into and relax. One of the sofas in this room can double as a trundle bed.
The floors are hardwood. Wood trim and crystal doorknobs are all original.
Immediately adjacent to the living room is the full kitchen, fully appointed, stocked, and ready for you to prepare meals and snacks. This kitchen comes complete with a large stainless steel refrigerator, a stainless steel sink, a stainless steel dishwasher, a stainless steel microwave, and a unique electric cooktop built into an antique desk, all complemented by a decorative tile backsplash. A coffee brewer, a set of pantry items, and a supply of paper towels are all readily available on the kitchen counter. The cupboards and drawers are all fully stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses, cups, pots, pans, linens, and cleaning supplies. A small dining table and three bistro chairs have been set up in the kitchen to incorporate a dining area into the room. Immediately adjacent is a walk-in pantry.
The bedroom is also adjacent to the living room. This bedroom features windows looking out onto the house's front yard, a ceiling light, a plush queen size bed, luxurious linens, a plush comforter, extra pillows, two side tables with lamps, and a walk-in closet.
The beautifully remodeled bathroom sits at the back of the unit. This bathroom has been fully tiled throughout with white subway tile.
