If you thought you were about to get another Meryl Streep listing on Mardel, you've got another thing comin- that other thing is... aliens. Well, alien-related stained-glass windows. Sure, you may see an old-fashioned streetlamp, but upon further inspection- don't they kinda look like UFO's mid-abduction? Like, shootin' the lil beam of light down to snatch up the gold box at the bottom? What's in the box, you think? What's in the box???! (I've never seen that movie tbh, but I have seen 1999 Disney Original movie "My Favorite Martian" and let's just say, there are some scenes that firmly stake themselves into the memory of a 7year old.)
What else stands out here? 1st-come-1st-served parking pad out back, a modern bathroom setup, a solid kitchen with room to dine, a front balcony(!!) and did I mention those stained-glass windows that look spaceshippy??
Off street parking option. Street parking. w/d hookups in shared basement. w/s/t included.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
