Each studio is wired for easy internet hook up. Laundry is available on site. The property has ample parking and a staff that prioritizes plowing and shoveling in the winter months.

Second floor units rent for $900 a month for a 12 month lease, $980 a month for a 10 month lease and $1,100 for a semester lease. We also offer first floor units at $850. With units available in June, July and August with leases begging on the 1st or 15th.
