Sustainable Clarksville Cottage - This charming two-bedroom, one-bath 'craftsman' style cottage is located in the Clarksville neighborhood making it walkable and bikable to many great restaurants, grocery stores, Downtown, and the Lady Bird Lake trail system. The home is also equipped with sustainable features including solar panels, an electric vehicle charger, tankless water heater, and a rain barrel for both the front and back yards.

One side of the home has an open living, dining, and kitchen area that opens onto a recently rebuilt deck facing east toward downtown and overlooking the property’s large rear yard.
