Nested in a quiet area of larger homes & lots, this quaint ADU/Guest House is the perfect private retreat for your 2 to 12 month stay. Are you a traveling nurse, transfer student, in-between homes, doing improvements to your own home or maybe you just need a quiet place to stay instead of a hotel for a couple months to visit family. Spacious fully furnished studio style guest home, comes with a luxury mattress Murphy Bed that tucks away easily when not in use, a gorgeous almost 200 sq ft private patio, TV, internet & a beautiful kitchenette. Furnishings, a full size fridge, dual induction hot plate with pans, Keurig Coffee maker & microwave oven are some of the features that come with your stay. Minimum stay 2 month, maximum 12 months, sorry NO PETS are preferred. Light housekeeping is included once a month to dust, clean floors, surfaces, kitchen and bath. All applicants need to be 18 or older & apply thru our Property Management Portal. 1 month security deposit required, plus one time cleaning fee of $150.00 fee will also apply & be used after keys are returned at move out. $2600.00 is for a 12 month lease. A 15% premium applies to a shorter term & would include all utilities including internet. An all in one washer/dryer unit is available for tenant use.
