Relax and enjoy the beautiful Emerald Coast from a spacious two-bedroom condo. Located steps from the Gulf of Mexico with tons of resort amenities including the most amazing pool around and beautiful views!
Enjoy your visit to the Emerald Coast from the comfort of this world-class resort. A two-bedroom, 2-bath + queen sleeper sofa with spacious floor plan, in-unit washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with a balcony.
The condo also has Internet access, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, an ironing board, an iron, and a vacuum. The condo’s friendly and light colors chosen to fit the Emerald Coast will complete your cozy and warm feeling of being on vacation.
The 11,000-square-foot pool is Destins largest lagoon pool! This pool features 5 waterfalls, walking bridges, and fun for all ages. We also offer a 21,000-gallon heated pool, splash area, and whirlpool spa.
The resort also offers one of the most popular restaurants, lounges, and poolside bars in the area.
We even included a classic video game console with wireless remotes and 620 built-in games for you to enjoy.
Snowbirds are welcome here--Inquiries are welcome regarding longer stays up to a month or more!
THE RESORT AMENITIES
The Palms offers a lot of amenities such as the largest lagoon pool in Destin which was awarded as the best in the area. The pool area also features a splash area, a whirlpool, and another large heated pool. Other amenities include 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground, a gym, and a seasonal shuttle to the beach.
The front desk will provide a welcome package, with parking passes for covered parking and keys/codes to the building, garage, and amenities. 2 cars per unit will have access to the parking garage. A shuttle runs from approximately mid-March to Labor Day, maybe a little longer. Hours for 2023 are still to be determined. It will drop you off at different locations such as the beach across the street.
**Registered guests occupying the condo must be 21 or older.
Upon check-in at the front desk, you will receive a parking pass, access codes, and a wristband to amenities.
- SHUTTLE SERVICE
Current SUMMER hours are Monday through Sunday between 9 am - 5 pm (with traffic these times may vary) -
- VALET:
During the off-season, there will most likely not be a valet service available
The summer valet hours are currently Tuesday – Saturday from 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM. We will have a special Valet that only returns cars from the previous night from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM Wednesday - Sunday. THESE HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND ARE SET PER BUSINESS NEEDS.
- BELLHOP
Bellhop services will generally be available the same hours as Valet on Tuesday – Saturday from 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM. These hours can fluctuate based on business needs
Bellhop Carts can ONLY be used by Bellhop employees. There can be no exceptions to this rule at all.
House Rules:
1. No parties, or loud music.
2. Check-in is 4 pm or later
3. Check-out is at 10 AM sharp.
4. No Pets allowed.
5. Only 6 people max allowed in this unit.
6. Must clean and put away all dishes, and leave towels in the tub upon checkout.
7. To book, you may be subject to a background check (not credit-related).
