The main floor has vinyl floors, and the upstairs/ bedrooms have carpet throughout. We have a loft & in-unit washer/dryer on the second floor. About the neighboring area: California State University, Sacramento (~15 minutes), Downtown Sacramento (~12 minutes), SMF Airport (~10 min), Trader Joe's (~17 minutes), Safeway (~4 minutes), In-N-Out Burger (~5 minutes), Park/Bike/Walking Trail (~1 minute). Rent Details: Rent Includes all utilities. Additionally, we are looking for a year-long lease but will consider a shorter lease depending on the circumstances. The desired Security Deposit is 1 Months rent but can be flexible.
About Homeowner: We are a laid-back, young professional couple with one cat. We both work from home, so we go to bed around 10-10:30 pm during the week. We appreciate a clean, organized, & relaxing/comfy environment. Also, we enjoy binge-watching shows/movies, cooking, and playing video/ board games (Nintendo Switch, to be specific).
