Seeking male roommate within a newly renovated home in an outstanding location in North Chattanooga. The home is minutes to Food City, Walmart Neighborhood Market, and tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and local bakeries. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (electric, gas, EPB Gigabit internet, water, trash) and I have a cleaner come every 2 weeks for the common areas. Room is available on 3/19/23. $650/month.
The home is in a SAFE, QUIET street about 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, UTC, Unum, Erlanger, BCBS and about a 15–20 minute drive to CHI Memorial, Volkswagen, Amazon, and other area hospitals. The front door has an electronic lock and each individual room has a separately keyed lock.
Other AMENITIES include in unit washer dryer, a HUGE flat backyard with a brand-new deck, new stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans in each room, and three rooms have private access to the front or backyard. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. There is not a lot of storage on site, so if you have a lot of stuff, this may not be the place for you.
Most other roommates in the home work full time jobs and are gone most of the day. The person that may be a good fit for this arrangement is someone who works regularly at a job or in school, who gets along with others and knows how to resolve interpersonal conflict, and has previously shared spaces with other people. Income must be 3x rent. Background check, credit report, and landlord references are required parts of the application.
