Fabulous and cozy apartment conveniently located in Mesa, in a gated building. Fully furnished one bedroom with two double beds, closet, private bath, cozy living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking. The living room features a TV with access to local cable. Visitors will also have access to the community pool (non-heated), spa, gym and clubhouse.
The space:
Newly Renovated One bedroom apartment located in Mesa. It’s close too many amenities, including Spring Training, a family fun park, restaurants, Mesa Art Center, shopping and freeways. You can also enjoy the amazing Arizona weather at the pool just steps away. This room as recently been completely updated. The unit is laid out to comfortably sleep 4 in two beds.
Guests will have convenient parking and be able to come and go as they please with the convenience of the self-check-in smart lock.
Guest access
The whole unit is yours. This unit is part of a small and quiet complex with other vacation rentals.
We have onsite parking within a gated complex. Driving is the preferred way of moving around the neighborhood.
Other things to note
*Hohokam Spring Training Facility is less than 10 miles away! Several other spring training facilities within 20 minutes.
*Walking distance to Starbucks , room also features a coffee maker.
*Grand Canyon National Park - 4 hour drive

-We ask that you treat our place with the same respect that you do your own.
-If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside away from the condo and sidewalk and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette outside.
-No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
-No events or -Parties are not permitted.
-Please respect a courtesy quiet hour starting at 10pm-7am for our neighbors.
-Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight.
