Peaceful 1 bedroom upper - This newly remodeled one-bedroom unit has newer flooring, paint, and appliances. The bathroom has a shower and tub, and the unit has two living room areas. You also have a small balcony for fresh air without leaving the apartment. The apartment is located in Newton, a 15-minute drive to Manitowoc, and 25 minutes to Sheboygan. All utilities except trash are included in the rent, and the unit comes with a refrigerator and an oven/range. 1-year leases are required. Small dogs of 25 lbs or lower are allowed, $50/m per dog and a $100 deposit per dog, however, no cats allowed.
