The owner pays the HOA which gives tenants access to amenities such as a Fitness center, Pool, Tennis court, Hot tub, and Playground. 1 car garage.
WHAT PAST TENANTS HAVE LOVED ABOUT THIS HOME: This home is in the serene Heber area with beautiful views of Jordanelle Lake and Deer Valley Mountain. Located between Park City and Heber city with close freeway access.
RENTAL DETAILS:
Pets are allowed with $350.00 fully-refundable deposit per pet and NO pet rent!
Dogs okay under 35 lbs, sorry no cats.
Security deposit equal to monthly rent due before lease signing, and is also fully refundable.
Full month's rent due before lease signing.
Renter's insurance is required for the duration of your lease.
We will work with lower credit scores within reason.
No previous evictions or current collections.
Co-signers allowed for students only.
Monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rent amount.
