As for storage: you won’t run out, due to double closets & even a double closet in the main hallway. An 8ft built in bookcase will store any collections you may have. There's an 8x6 metal storage building in back yard, ample for mower, yard tools & it has shelving.
The roof is about 5 years & is made of a composit material that looks like metal or clay.
There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen, where the central heat ,& 40 gal. gas hot water take are installed. There is a 25ft patio as you exit the back door. The back yard is huge & the former owners brought in garden soil & I was told had quite a supply of veggies from it.
Ceiling fans in every room. Home has central air, but the air is used very little, due to the thick walls & nice trees surrounding it.
The home has a nice wood burning fireplace in the living/dining area. It was handy during our occasional ice storms.
The master bath has been remodeled, with a new tub & tub surround & faucets.
School: (the best). Field, Pershing & Glendale.
What have I missed!! It’s in beautiful Brentwood Neighborhood…pet lovers, walker, bike riders & a new neighborhood watch program.
