The room available via lease transfer, Bed B, is individually leased. The security deposit is typically the same as the rent with a $50 administrative fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard Spectrum Cable/Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $60 for water and electricity. Free parking for tenants is available at this complex, with limited guest parking! Sorry, this property is not pet-friendly.
