This single-level living on Lake Mascoma in Enfield NH is a unique offering. Fully remodeled in 2017 with new insulation, windows, doors and everything you'll touch is brand new. It also has solar panels! Single level living plus space in walk out basement.

You are going to love ice-fishing in the Winter and waking up to the lake every day all Summer. You'll have access to the water across the street, a very friendly neighborhood, 2 mile drive to the rail trail and tons of great trails, the dog park and events all year in Enfield.

This unit is optionally-partially-furnished meaning there is one queen size bed, couch, dining set and TV stand with wall mount being left behind along with some bathroom shelving. The tenant can opt to store these in the basement or use them. If you're new to the area, save some money and use what is here as your furniture until you're settled in!

The homeowner is providing water, sewer, electricity and trash pickup (bi-weekly) but the tenant will need to pay for their own internet and propane for heat (250 gallons a year). if you are tech-savvy, there is a Comcast modem & wireless router built into the house you can reset and configure to save some extra money. The house wireless reaches the lake so it's a nice system if you're high-tech and know how to configure Unifi Wireless access points.

This is a 2-bedroom home but one of the bedrooms can get chilly in the winter. It's insulated but not on the flooring. Keeping the door open to that bedroom is more than adequate and it would make a great office for remote workers. There is one bathroom with some storage available to you. The home is open floor plan in the living area with a very large basement for storage and it is walk-in so easy to move things in and out like the snow blower in the Winter. The owner has chosen to keep one room of the basement locked with their personal belongings.

The home has all appliances you need, Fridge, dishwasher, oven and washer / dryer. The tenant is required to maintain these appliances and keep dryer vents clean and regularly run clean cycles to maintain them. The tenant may be responsible for repairs if there are signs of misuse such as clogged dryer vents or washing machine pump. Just treat them as if they're your own.

Required maintenance: Cutting grass and picking up leaves (seasonally) and an electric mower / trimmer are being left for you to use. You will have salt left over and a snowblower with shovels so you'll need to snow-blow the property in the Winter. If you are unable to, you can hire someone to do this for you. We ask the tenant to maintain the lawnmower and snowblower as if it were their own. Maintaining the butcher's block with oil & wax every 1-2 months (when it appears dry). Annual inspection of propane forced air heat and receipt sent to owner as well as 4 times a year cleaning of heater air filter. Finally, the tenant will need to inform the owner if there are any issues that need maintenance. The remodel is recent but the home is old so there are some old home issues that should not be ignored. Just pick up the phone and we'll take care of it.
