Some information about the house:
- 5 beds 3 baths house.
- You will have your own bedroom and shared bathroom with another roommate.
- Right next to Jordan River Trail. Walking distance from grocery store Smith’s and a short walk to International Peace Garden.
- Safe, quiet residential area. Right next to the Police Station.
- We use Google Fiber so the internet connection is very fast.
- The room is fully furnished. You are welcome to use my kitchen stuffs and washer/dryer as long as you handle them with care and clean them after each use. We will need to decide among ourselves a schedule for the kitchen and laundry.
Some house rules:
- No guest is allowed.
- Quiet hours from 8pm – 7am.
- Clean after yourself.
- Be mindful of security to ensure a safe place for us all.
- No smoke, drugs, or alcohol
Tenant requirements:
- Female-only, single occupation
- Good credit score, income/saving must be 3x the rent. No previous eviction.
- Must pass a background check.
- No pets.
Rent:
- $785 per month without utilities. Electricity, gas, internet, trash, water & sewage will be equally divided by everyone.
- Security deposit of $785, fully refundable.
