Mostly electric heat (covered by landlord) with wood stove for heat in the garage/workshop area (tenant's responsibility). The owner is new to the property and still determining if water and sewer hook-up can be accessed year-round and is priced accordingly. Building is wired for cable and phone, Looking for someone who wants to respectfully share a private and quiet setting with easy access (< 1 minute) to 93, Somers boat launch, swimming beach and paved Bike/hike trail connecting to Kalispell. Background and credit check are required at the applicant's expense. 1st, last and deposit to move in. Will consider payment plan for last month. The initial term is considered a trial and will not exceed 6 months. The property is in Somers and offers easy pull-through and "flat" access to the RV area. Road to property is mostly paved with last 10% to house and driveway being gravel. Parking for toys and additional vehicles can be discussed. Pricing is for a max of 2 people and reasonable utility usage. Please do not drive onto property. Tenant will need AWD or better to get up Boon rd.
