This building has 2 Commerical units downstairs, 2 apartments upstairs in the back and 2 apartments upstairs in the front. Upstairs in the common hallway is a washer and dryer shared by units 1, 3, and 4. Only 1 or 2 people allowed, no exceptions. This unit has a loft that can be used as a loft for a bed or storage. The ladder to the loft conveniently stores against the wall with braces. With the ladder stored you can set up a bed in lieu of having a bed in the loft. The galley styled kitchen has a stove and microwave. There is a fridge and one closet along with a wall mounted TV. If you would like to have an assigned parking space there will be an additional charge of $300 per month. Utilities are included with a cap of $125.00 per month. NO PETS ALLOWED.
