Hello I have a 1 bedroom apartment just renovated with utilities included going for $1,650. The utilities included are heat, hot water, cold water, gas and electricity. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with balcony use. The property address is 275 Prospect St East Orange NJ. Its called the Prospect Towers Condominium. To qualify we do need to do a background/ credit check. Cant have any evictions or judgements. Must have at least 600 credit score and meet the requirements 2 times the monthly rent. We do work with co-signers. After passing the background check we are going to need a copy of id, copy of social and 4 recent paystubs. Also we do need 2.5 months to move in.
