The medium bedroom also has a brand new queen bed with a closet and full size projector with a fire stick for easy streaming! We also have a coffee nook with nespresso maker and microwave down there for convenience! Fully fenced backyard with brand new turf for any furry friend. We also have a fore pit and dartboard for backyard hangouts if you like! Dont worry, our dogs are sweet and have lived well with cats, but we also have an easy gate to separate the upstairs and downstairs to keep them out of your hair. We also have 24/7 monitored security through simplisafe, and easy access phone/wifi enabled deadbolt locks. We are walking distance from a cute shopping center with anything you could need as well as a beautiful new park! The shared spaces include the kitchen (upstairs) with a second full fridge and freezer in the garage, and the laundry room (downstairs) with a brand new washer and dryer.
