On the first floor there is a small sitting room, a bathroom with shower, and a large eat in kitchen. The second floor is one large bedroom. The home has been recently redecorated with fresh paint and improvements in the bathroom. There is a small pond in front of the cottage. Very little yard access for the resident.
The cottage is just an easy 10 minute walk from the Mall, the downtown library is nearby and the Riverwalk is close.
Included in the rent is water, wastewater and trash pickup. Heating and cooling is provided by a heat pump that serves only the cottage. No pets.
